Summary

Abbey Farm Educate Together is a new free school that opened to reception class and pre-school pupils in September 2022, in a brand-new building. The school will eventually serve 420 pupils, plus pre-school and will act as a community hub for residents of the new Abbey Farm development. We are part of an Academy Trust that also has schools in Bristol, Bath, Keynsham and Weston-Super-Mare. We have a stunning, brand new kitchen that is ready to create a wealth of delicious meals. WE are looking for an experienced school chef to join our school's small, hardworking team. The purpose of the role within the kitchen is to provide high quality meals, at lunchtime, for our children. The position would be well suited to someone who has experience within a school kitchen environment and will need to be self-motivated and dynamic, as working alone currently for a majority of the day. The hours are 30 hours per week term time only plus an extra 5 days in the school holidays and as such the actual salary will be £19,054.
