We are looking for an approachable and forward thinking Front Office Administrator with strong interpersonal skills to join our supportive and collaborative team. Working alongside staff, children and parents you will be an ambassador for the school demonstrating a commitment and passion to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.
As the Front Office Administrator you will be an efficient administrator with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and multi-task. Being the first point of contact for all visitors you’ll create a warm and welcoming environment demonstrating a calm and confident manner.
If you are engaging with excellent communication skills and have a passion for education, this could be the role for you. As the Front Office Administrator you will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team who all share the same vision of achieving more together.
The ideal Front Office Administrator will be someone who is:
A great communicator who develops positive relationships with young children and adults
Understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the children whom we are supporting
Enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
Consistent in a calm and fair approach
Able to display a high level of administrative, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
