Summary
**Job Title: Powder Coater (Night Shift)**
**Location:** Redditch
**Hours: ** Monday to Thursday 20:00-06:00
**Pay Rate: ** £15.00ph
**Job Description:** We are currently seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join a busy manufacturing team on the night shift. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coating materials to various surfaces with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder coating processes and a keen eye for detail.
**Responsibilities:**
* Set up and operate powder coating equipment according to specifications
* Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
* Apply powder coating materials evenly and consistently
* Monitor coating process to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
* Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Powder Coater.
* Proficiency in operating powder coating equipment
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good physical condition, able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexibility to work night shifts
