Summary

Job Introduction

Great opportunity for a confident Senior Marketing Coordinator to join the cardfactory team – recently voted one of the top five best big companies to work for. This role will have a real focus on Store Marketing and ‘Point of Sale’ and is available on a 12 month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager for Campaigns & store, you will bring the expertise required to manage the delivery of all cardfactory store POS across planned business critical path, campaigns, trials, projects and franchise & concession partners.

We operate smart working principles at cardfactory, combining some days working from our support centre in Wakefield (1-2 a week) with some days working remotely from home.

Role Responsibility

  • Manages POS critical path ensuring delivery of all POS required for the business critical path
  • Manages delivery of all POS required for new store openings
  • Supports campaign marketing manager, brand marketing manager and international marketing manager to ensure delivery of all POS activity outside of the standard business critical path
  • Works closely with campaign marketing manager and brand marketing manager to ensure all POS aligns with brand guidelines and campaign toolkits
  • Manages POS budget ensuring all POS costs are within planned budget and regular communications to finance team
  • Manages store communications for all POS activity ensuring these are shared with the relevant teams
  • Leads agency relationships for POS artwork, print and fulfilment
  • Manages in-store radio programme including promotional messaging, music licences and radio equipment
  • Promotes cross-function working across commercial, digital, marketing, retail and business development teams to ensure POS activity and changes are captured and communicated to the relevant teams
  • Regular reviews of internal/external POS and in-store radio processes to ensure maximum productivity and cost efficiencies and implement changes where required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Knowledge in POS materials and print
  • Previous experience in critical path management
  • Previous experience in budget management
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail, efficiently works across multiple projects at one given time.
  • Strong communicator and interpersonal skills with experience in engaging with key internal stakeholders
  • Previous experience of managing external agencies and partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
