Hours: 40h - full time

Location: Based in Edinburgh, Dunfermline and West Lothian

What you'll be doing;


  • Providing administrative support as and when required to allow for the efficient running of operational sites.
  • Update, develop and maintain files and electronic registers relevant to the role.
  • Raising and receipting purchase orders and dealing with any subsequent queries.
  • Raising CAPEX orders.
  • Dealing with invoicing.
  • Taking minutes at meetings and distributing as required.
  • Deal with telephone enquiries, take messages.
  • Order office essentials, e.g. stationary, lunches for meetings.
  • Booking meeting rooms.
  • Booking travel and hotels.
  • Basic collation and uploading of data to produce reports e.g. weighbridge data.
  • Dealing with visitors, receptionist duties when required.



What we're looking for;


  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • IT skills - knowledge of Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Self motivated, able to work on own initiative and be flexible when required
  • Understanding of the waste water industry - desirable
  • Own transport, and full driving licence
