Shift Patterns of Shift Manager - Warehouse: Any 5 from 7 (Rotational 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) Total Weekly/Annual Hours: 40

Join our team as a Warehouse Shift Manager in Stafford, where you'll lead our warehouse operations with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities of Shift Manager - Warehouse:

  • Lead and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operations to meet site KPIs and budget objectives.
  • Ensure fulfillment of customer requirements and maintain operational performance to meet company and customer expectations.
  • Identify and address health and safety risks, promoting a culture of safety among all team members.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives aligned with health and safety guidelines and operational processes.

Requirements of Shift Manager - Warehouse:

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations management, with teams of 40/50 direct reports.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems, preferably experience with Red Prairie.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification desirable.
  • A recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is advantageous.
