Summary
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels to support the sales team.
**Duties:**
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets
- Utilize telemarketing and email campaigns to generate leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and quantity meets company goals
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Communicate effectively with potential leads to understand their needs and qualify them as sales opportunities
- Assist in developing strategies for lead generation and sales growth
**Experience:**
- Proven track record of similar experience withing the logistics industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in telemarketing and sales techniques
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in lead generation or sales is preferred ( logistics industry)
