Summary
To complete data quality and failsafe tasks, review, quality check and input missing information on to electronic record systems following Trust guidelines. Produce and disseminate data quality reports to clinical staff from our bespoke Child Health Information System to agreed departmental standards. To make, receive and action queries in a professional manner, as agreed by the service, liaising with colleagues, GPs, and other agencies verbally, virtually by email and telephone. To liaise with the clinical teams to support the delivery of services across West Midlands CHIS-Northern Hub. To communicate information to and receive information from managers, colleagues, and others, whilst being aware of the need to maintain confidentiality. To adopt a constantly flexible team working approach to ensure that all individual and team objectives are completed efficiently and within given timescales.
