Summary
My client, an award winning harbourside Restaurant, bar and accommodation operation in North Cornwall are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to join their team.
The role is seasonal and starts from ASAP 2024 to October 2024, so we are looking for someone who can commit from ASAP to October.
The deputy manager candidate we are looking for will have a good sales background, leading evening shifts and running 1 or 2 days when the management team are off.
You will have a proven track record and experienced in managing teams as this Front of House team consists of 5 hard working staff.
You will be organised, be able to cash up in the evenings and be accustomed to high volume business days.
You will also be composed under pressure, cheerful and customer friendly, but also vigilant and have experience in stock control.
The rate of pay is £14-15 per hour, the hours will be 40-60 per week.
The accommodation is a shared house in Camelford, so the need to have your own transport is imperative to travel from Camelford to this historic fishing village each day.
The Rent is £95 per week for a single bedroom, inclusive of bills (water, heating, council tax), but electricity is additional.
