What will you be doing?
* Work with the Client Service Manager to deliver the LRS Convenience and Foodservice strategy through the national field team
* Employ strategic planning and a commercial approach to the field team ways of working
* Lead, manage and inspire the regional field management team to execute the LRS Strategy and objectives to ensure KPI achievement to drive maximum ROI
* Financial control in line with budget requirements
This would be a great National Field Manager role for you if:
*You have previous sales and field management experience, specifically within FMCG, convenience, or food service.
.*Share knowledge and best practice and encourage people to learn new skills, creating opportunities for development
*Maintain a confident and optimistic outlook at work,
*Use many methods to gather information, both formal and informal, and have a strong network of contacts outside of the account.
