Summary

I have partnered with a global organisation who are seeking an experienced Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor to join their global team. You will work closely with the wider HR team, Sustainability, Internal Communications, and leaders within the business to develop their DE&I programme.

Contributing to creating strategies to generate an inclusive work environment, you will help define DEI metrics, work with HR policy makers to identify opportunities for DE&I action and to align the process to the DE&I vision, ensuring you stay on top of external trends, laws and anything else that would influence DE&I programmes to ensure the company is aligned with the market.

To be successful you should have a strong background in ED&I, with the ability to collaborate with and influence a wide variety of stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a new team where you will have the opportunity to consider and implement change programs and have exposure to strategic projects.

The company is incredibly focused around sustainability, wellbeing, and culture, making it a fantastic place to work. You will have the ability to work flexibly, with travel to their office on the outskirts of Didcot required on a weekly basis.
