Summary

We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join a fantastic school in Mablethorpe for SEMH pupils.

Job Role:
Assess the needs of pupils using detailed knowledge and specialist skills to support learning and
establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as role model and setting high
expectations.
Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils within the classroom whilst supporting pupils
consistently, recognising and responding to individual needs
Encourage pupils to interact and work cooperatively with others and engage all pupils in activities
Promote independence and employ strategies to recognise and reward achievement of self-reliance,
such as providing feedback to pupils in relation to progress and achievement

The working hours for this post are 08:30 to 16:00 Mon to Thurs; 08:30 to 15:30 on Friday.

Person Requirements:
At least 2 years TA experience
Team Teach certified or willing to do qualification
GCSE/Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
HLTA standards through equivalent qualifications or experience

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
