The Major Works Delivery team are looking for an experienced Delivery Programme Lead with experience in Project Management of large, planned works to include but not limited to Kitchen/Bathrooms renewal, External works, Retrofit and complex projects. The role reports to the Partnership Manager.

The Delivery Programme Lead will be responsible for the delivery and quality of designated large, planned programmes including Kitchen and Bathroom Renewal, External windows and door programmes, roofing and retrofit works. Working with our partnered contractors to deliver excellent service and high-quality product.

Ensuring that the L&Q property assets are maintained in line with the allocated programmes. All projects are to be developed into an efficient de-risked solution to which our partners/contractors can deliver. Covering refurbishment, planned investment, mechanical and electrical works, and fire safety remediation.

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate financial and commercial acumen, including risk management skills, financial reporting and presenting to internal stakeholders and demonstrate collaboration and influencing skills, with key stakeholders.

This role will cover the housing stock within the North West of England. There will be regular travel to site within Greater Manchester.
