Are you ready to be part of an innovative team dedicated to excellence in food manufacturing? We are thrilled to announce a
fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Reporting Assistant to join The Compleat Food Group, based in Nottingham.



The Engineering Reporting Assistant will play a pivotal role in connecting The Compleat Food Groups manufacturing sites through
the development and reporting of site engineering KPI’s, such as downtime, spend, work analysis, project progress and compliance.



This hybrid role is based within the central engineering team and involves communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and
preparing presentations and reports to be shared with across the business.

Your Duties Will Include:

* Create weekly, monthly and quartile reports to communicate findings and recommendations to the engineering team.
* Communicate effectively with teams across the business to share information.
* Build strong relationships with the manufacturing sites to gather data and information to be shared across the group.
* Identify and track trends in data relating to performance and reliability.
* Develop processes to capture and track data from manufacturing sites.
* Identify opportunities to streamline and implement new processes to increase the transparency and quality of information.
* Gather financial data from manufacturing sites to track spend vs budget.
* Review data from sites and identify differences in processes, identifying areas of best practice.



Your Skills and Experience:

* Competent and Efficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to change.
* Experience within a fast-paced industry or environment.
* Understanding of KPIs relating to manufacturing.
* Previous experience using CMMS (Desirable)
* Experience working within engineering (Desirable)
