Real Life Options is a reputable and caring provider of support services for individuals with Learning Disabilities. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of the people we support by promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Coordinator to join the team in our Coventry services. You will be overseeing the daily operations of our Coventry outreach and supported living services

Qualifications and Experience

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it or equivalent

Minimum 2 years in a similar role

The Role

You will be responsible to assist in the day-to-day management of the support services. In addition, you will be responsible for quality care, delivering of person centered care and support plans, focusing on individuals choices and goals. Regulatory compliance, ensuring that the home complies with all relevant legislations. Staff development- supporting the training and development of staff, fostering a culture of continuous development. Health and safety, implementation and maintain health and safety protocols.

You’ll have a really rewarding role working with a great team of people and the chance to make a real difference to other people’s lives. We will support you along your career path to learn, develop and grow.

Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. Your shifts are Monday to Fri 9am to 5pm, occasion evening, weekend , on call early late and weekend depending on the needs of the People we support

An enhanced adult DBS application will be required for successful applicants.
