It is important that you are able to build relationships with families via phone and emails. Our new team member will have excellent time management and be able to prioritise and organise workload effectively. For this role experience of learning and using multiple systems would be useful, as well as competent in PowerPoint, Microsoft office etc. Driving Licence is preferable. The post holder will be required to be mindful of the confidential and sensitive natures of much of the work and adhere to organisational data protection and IG policies at all times.
