Summary
The CSW's role is to support the care of the patients within SDEC and optimise the environment around them. This includes ensuring the unit is clean and maintaining IPC standards at all times. Equipment and resources are clean and available to use at any time. We have a strong teamwork ethic and encourage CSW's to support our clerical team on a regular basis as well.
