Summary

We are looking for high quality, dynamic and complex care Support Workers who have worked with a range of conditions and age groups. If you have experience with supporting adults with spinal injuries, we would like to hear from you. We have a client requiring support in the East London area. This is apart timeposition in Hornchurch. Hours Available are as follows: Monday & Tuesday 10:30am to 2:30pm Wednesday 9:30am 2:30pm Thursday 12:30pm to 5:30pm You will need to be an experienced support worker who can support our clients to engage in community-based activities, as part of their progression. YOU MUST HOLD A UK DRIVING LICENCE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR Required Skills/Qualifications: 1 year or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker Flexibility, maturity, independence, and carry a very high professional standard. Commitment to delivering client specific care. Adaptable approach to support client and family members. Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.
