The Neighbourhood services team has an opportunity for a Lettings and Sales Officer to carry out the advertising and letting of social housing properties in Wiltshire and operational management of the choice-based lettings service, Homes4Wiltshire.
As a Lettings and Sales Officer, you will be responsible for the leasing of council homes .Further responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and website, resolving routine issues, and maintaining the housing register system.
We are looking for a candidate who is customer-focused, friendly and highly computer literate, with a passion for improving housing conditions and making a difference to the lives of people in need. We will look for you to have experience in customer service, housing and analytical work.
