Summary
Chef de partie
We are actively looking for 2 confident chef de parties’, this role is based in one of Cornwall’s popular towns - this thriving, busy restaurant/hotel is going from strength to strength.
As a chef de partie you must be passionate about developing and improving your skills.
This role is temporary role from Monday 29th April for 4 weeks.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Being a vital role in the daily of all food preparation
• Supporting junior members of the team
• Ensuring a safe environment for all
• Adhere to all Health and safety policies.
• The daily service of all food
Key Skills:
• A genuine passion for fresh food
• Evidence of previous experience in kitchen
• Able to lead, support and motivate a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• To be a team player demonstrating flexibility and development
• Team leadership
• Enthusiasm
• Flexibility and willingness to embrace change.
