We are supporting individuals to fulfil their ambition of living within their own homes and are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our inclusive team, empowered to create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals. As well as providing personal and emotional support and helping plan and manage their own homes, there will also be a lot of time supporting with life in their community; to develop relationships within their community, to discover new skills, form further ambitions and pursue their hobbies and interest, which currently include swimming, horse-riding, gardening, cooking, spa days and spending a lot of time out & about in the community.
The role will require Resilience, Patience, compassion, and flexibility, to enable a truly person-centred approach to the support. Shift patterns will vary including sleep-ins.
