Summary
FULL TIME Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
We are looking for responsible Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to perform a variety of customer service and clerical tasks for our Batley office. Tasks will include:
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer
• Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
• sending emails
• Keep records of customer interactions and input data
• social media,
• answering phone call
• other general office duties.
Applicants must possess key skills such as excellent time management, attention to detail, problem-solving and the ability to prioritise work. The ideal candidate should also have excellent oral, written and phone communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS Word/Excel and office equipment.
Preference will be given to those who speak multiple languages or who have had experience in interpreting and translation in companies, solicitor’s offices, or public sector organisations.
At least 2 years of office experience is required with proven experience in Customer Service Representatives (CSR).
