Summary
County Foods, a successful supplier of meat products, delicatessen and dry goods to the catering industry based in Poole, are currently recruiting an enthusiastic, committed Customer Service Advisor for our friendly office. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for looking after customer accounts by providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
This is a varied role, where your duties will include:
• Building strong relationships with customers.
• Promoting products and seasonal offers
• Processing orders to customer specification
• Dealing with customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Preparing Invoices for despatch & Delivery
We are looking for someone who is:
• Customer focused and passionate about going that extra mile for our valued customers.
• A multi-tasker who is able to show initiative in problem solving.
• Someone who is able to build strong working relationships with our customers and field service team.
• Some experience working in the food or hospitality industry would be an advantage but not essential.
• Polite, with a clear telephone manner
Hours of work:
An average of 38.75 hours split as follows:
Monday to Friday inclusive – 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
One in four Saturdays - 6:00 am to 11:00 am
