Account / Sales Administrator
Van Monster Colchester
Fixed Term Contract - 1 year
Hours: 42.5 hours / week
Salary: £26,000 pa
We are delighted to be able to offer the rare opportunity to join the Van Monster team as an Account / Sales Administrator. Here at Van Monster, we pride ourselves on being commercial vehicle experts and we are incredibly proud of our reputation for being able to source all shapes and sizes of vans for our customers.
Role Overview
You will provide key administrative support to the Sales function, you will provide excellent professional support in dealing with customers, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently and effectively in accordance with group policies and procedures.
You will also administer proforma invoices on e-auction platform after every sale, administer self-bill invoices for third party customers and administer all new vehicle uploads on the e-auction platform.
There will be banking duties, actively checking bank account throughout the working day and you will be required to administer all received payments via bank account to generate release codes.
You will be required to complete end of month yard and stock checks, daily postage of all sold and transferred vehicles, daily V5 reconciliation and any other Ad hoc duties whilst complying with all health, safety, and environmental policies.

Essential verbal communication skills and good clear telephone manner
A good team player with a flexible approach, possessing a strong commitment to customer service experience.
Be able to work under pressure.
