Summary
Static AC Engineer - FM Service Provider – Commercial Estate – Stevenage, Hertfordshire – up to £50,000
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Stevenage. CBW is currently recruiting a Static AC Engineer to be based in a mixed-use commercial estate located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified AC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.
Hours of work + Salary
- Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
- 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
- Up to £50,000 per annum
- Overtime available
- 25 days holiday + BH
- Company Pension
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
- Carrying out maintenance on AC systems
- Finding and fixing faults
- PPM & Reactive maintenance
- Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
- Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plants.
- Escorting subcontractors
- Providing technical support to engineers on site
Requirements :
- Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Minimum)
- Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Desired)
- F - Gas 2079 Cat -1
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Experience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS (Desired)
- Experience working in an industrial setting (Desired)
