Summary
We are looking for an office junior to join our admin team: our business supplies customers with staffing teams to clean their industrial food premises. You will be assisting with dealing directly with employees: employing; P45s, payroll, HR queries, logging of training etc and communicating directly with managers on sites located across the UK. In addition, you will assist in timesheet recording, ordering supplies, customer invoicing and answering the telephone. You will start on minimum wage, which will be reviewed after your 12 week probationary period. Hours are from 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 2.30pm on Fridays. Fridays may be worked in the office, or from home.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills and a good standard of maths, English and IT.
