Summary
Responsibilities Manage and lead education and clinical skills improvement for the staff within the teams of Southampton Research in collaboration with Senior Research Nurse Leaders with a particular focus on CRF staff. Work alongside all levels of staff providing expert supervision, teaching and assessment of competence. Support staff in their professional and personal developmentProvide professional nursing leadership and support at the departmental level in CRF in collaboration with Matrons to enhance nursing practice and strategy Experience and skills We are looking for an experienced practitioner with Clinical research experience and experience in educating and developing staff. The successful applicant should be able to provide evidence of: The ability to present and teach to both large and small audiencesExcellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication and attention to detail.Leadership skills - evidence of ability to help /support junior staff.
