Summary
Communicating with patients, families / representatives, other NHS and LocalAuthority staff and private providers in a sensitive manner where the nature of the communications may be highly sensitive and emotive.Ensuring accurate and open communication with all stakeholders includingother health and social care staff and private providers of care.Responsible for preparation of correspondence and complex reports asrequested.Presenting information and issues, explaining highly complex issues, to a wide range of internal and external stakeholdersUndertake complaints investigations and responses pertaining to AACC on behalf of the ICB.
