As a Handy Person, you will be:

You will be working as part of a team assisting in the delivery of our estate services to provide a high standard of maintenance in communal areas, within our blocks, and on our estates.
You will be carrying out pre-planned projects involving painting, decorating, grounds work, and general improvement of schemes, as well as some minor maintenance where necessary.
You will also be liaising directly with L&Q staff, residents, and contractors and you must have due regard to health & safety and security issues.


Your attributes

Capable of carrying out a variety of repair jobs and able to work effectively as part of a team and under your own initiative.
Capable of trade skills or DIY or Gardening experience is essential.
A good communicator and willing to learn new skills as the service adapts to the changing needs within the Trust.
Confident working remotely as part of a team therefore you must have good interpersonal skills and be able to arrange work schedules and plan the implementation of work.
Be self-motivated, proactive, and able to organise your time effectively and be aware of safe working practices.
