Summary
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team. The Order Processor will be responsible for accurately processing telephone and e-mail orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Receive and review customer orders for accuracy and completeness
- Enter orders into the system promptly and accurately
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order processing and shipment
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
- Resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of orders and customer information
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Order Processor or in a similar role
- Proficient in data entry and order processing systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
- Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical industry would be an advantage
