Summary
To deliver an efficient and effective Community Transport services throughout the Suffolk Coastal area.
Liaise with staff, drivers, and volunteers to ensure the most effective operational running of the business.
To develop and promote the services offered
To ensure vehicle maintenance and all safety policies are adhered to.
To run an efficient office taking journey bookings, ensuring that IT systems, HR and Accounts systems are managed.
Skills:
Experience of having full responsibility for service delivery.
Self-motivation, resourceful, flexible and ability to make decisions.
Experience of managing employees and volunteers.
Good communication skills at all levels.
Clean driving licence with D1 Category eligibility
Ability to work methodically, neatly and within strict time constraints.
Good financial management skills.
Good working knowledge of computers and the use of office software packages including experience of computerised accounting package(s)
Experience of collating and analysing data.
