Your new role
You will beresponsible for assisting on a backlog project.
- Manage customeraccounts and ensure timely debt repayment
- Develop and maintainpositive relationships with customers
- Provide excellentcustomer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Work within a team tomeet and exceed collection targets
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
- Experience in a customer service environment,preferably within the Financial Services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in debt collection
