We are currently looking for Multi Trade Operatives to join the responsive repairs and maintenance team in Slough.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and other similar activities within domestic and void properties.
- Ensuring that all maintenance works are completed safely to SHE requirements, delivering efficiently and to a professionally high standard; working flexibly, alone or within a team and completing works within required timescales and deadline.
- Providing an out of hours service provision on a rota or other basis
- Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Disclosure and Barring Service Check
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
