**Role Overview:**
As a Yard Operative, you'll be an essential part of our team, working in a busy aggregate yard. Your responsibilities will include bagging materials using bagging machines, heavy labor involving product movement, and loading in the yard. You'll be fully trained on machine operation and will work off build sheets, so computer literacy is essential. Previous experience in a similar working environment would be advantageous.
**Key Responsibilities:** Bag materials using bagging machines Perform heavy labor tasks such as product movement and loading Work off build sheets and ensure accuracy in tasks Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times **Shift Details:** **Shift:** 07:00 am - 17:00 pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break) **Hourly Rate:** £11.80 per hour **Requirements:** Own Transport due to location of site Previous experience in a similar working environment preferred Computer literacy for working off build sheets Forklift Counterbalance ticket preferred but not essential Ability to perform heavy labor and work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability **Opportunity for Full-Time Employment:**
