Summary

Maintenance Team Leader. Estates. Part Time. 22.2 Hours per week. Permanent.We have an exciting opportunity within our Estates team for a Maintenance Team Leader.The purpose of this role is to provide a proactive and high-quality maintenance service by supervising the multi-skilled maintenance team’s work across campuses carrying out maintenance on the fabric of the buildings occupied by Leicester College. Works include alterations and refurbishment projects carried out by the maintenance team.As team leader you will supervise and motivate your team.
