An opportunity has arisen for a School Office Manager to join the team at Arc Oakbridge School supporting colleagues, pupils, parents/carers and other partners with all aspects of school office administration and support. The busy school office is a hugely important hub within our school community, and this role plays an essential part in school activities relating to HR, payroll, and pupil administration, marketing and referrals as well as safeguarding and systems management. The role has responsibility for one administrator. As School Office Manager, you will always put our pupils at the centre of your work, supporting them to thrive in the school environment so that they develop the skills needed for life. You will be a competent and experienced administrator, who is comfortable working with a range of systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of administration within a school setting. Your highly developed communication skills will enable you to work with a wide range of stakeholders and successfully manage the school office. You will be a team player and ideally have previous experience of HR and payroll administration. Above all, you will have a commitment to safeguarding and supporting the development of children with special educational needs to ensure they achieve the best possible outcomes. Arc Oakbridge School is an independent special school catering for pupils whose primary diagnosis is autism and who have often struggled in mainstream settings. We are an independent special day school in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham with a specially designed learning environment created to meet the needs of autistic children.
