Business Insight Manager Hybrid – Attached to LondonFull Time, Permanent Salary
- Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
Here at Serco, we are seeking an ambitious Business Insight Manager to collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff & External Affairs to support the UK & Europe Chief Executive and Leadership Team in all business matters.
Your primary objective will be to support the efficiency and productivity of the Division by providing timely information, insightful analysis, and task management with a focus on strategic objectives. Your role will involve rapid data analysis, project delivery and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.
As part of this you’ll:
- Strategically manage impact in collaboration with the Chief of Staff, focusing on long-term objectives and priority setting.
- Ensure the Executive Leadership Team is equipped with up-to-date business data, analysis, and insight, prioritising critical areas of the business.
- Lead and execute specific projects on behalf of the division, organising and prioritising necessary information.
- Provide oversight on critical business projects and initiatives, conducting research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Support business reporting by owning internal information flows and reporting.
- Review communications for the CEO, including drafting reports, presentations, and memos.
- Support the delivery of Serco’s UK Government Affairs and ESG strategies, identifying opportunities for stakeholder engagement to enhance reputation.
What you’ll need to do the role:
- Proven success in a project management role, including budget management.
- A nimble business mind with a focus on generating creative solutions.
- Tenacious self-starter with the ability to challenge senior leaders.
- Strong communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing outcomes at all organisational levels.
- Versatile and productivity-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
