Summary

My Client is a small to medium sized business who support young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community. Their goal is to Support young adults in their local community to have a happy and valuable life experience... and for their team to have passion for the work they do.

Due to extra workload we are looking for Care Assistant / Support Workers to join the team based in the East Grinstead / Crawley area to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday shifts available).

In this position, you will support one of the clients, enabling them to reclaim their lives, promote their independence, supporting them to develop and achieve their goals and empower them to plan for their future. All the clients supported have individual personalities and skillsets albeit with a range of neurological disorders and complex needs, you will support them with a wide range of activities on a daily basis rather than the traditional task focused care service other providers offer. (full training will be provided)

We are seeking an individual with:

A fun and happy outlook on life.
Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred
Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
Right to work in the UK (we are unfortunately unable to provide sponsorship on this role)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
