Summary
The role will involve delivering family interventions from the three hubs of the West Sussex Enhanced Community Rehabilitation Service; the Western Hub based in Bognor Regis, the Arun, Adur & Worthing Hub based in Worthing and the North West Sussex Hub in Horsham. You can choose any of these bases as your main office base. We apply a 'whole-team' approach to delivering support to those using the service, their loved ones, and each other, including vibrant peer and experts by experience co-production within our multi-disciplinary team.
