Summary
The successful candidate must be caring and compassionate and must be willing to undertake relevant training to meet the demands of the service and will need to meet the following criteria: RMN registration with NMC Experience at Band 5 including recent experience in dementia care Evidence of leadership and effective team working Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience of managing people and resources Flexibility to respond to the changing needs and ongoing evolution of the service Ability to work as an integral member of the MDT Specific interest in developing clinical practice within the team Car Driver
