Summary
To work as team member. Is able to manage junior staff and learners. A good knowledge of all surgical specialities is essential. Checking,witnessing and administering of controlled drugs. To set up and start administration of PCA and Epidural pumps,being able to troubleshoot any potential problems An understanding of Infusion pumps and syringes. To participate in all aspects of Post Operative care of Patients. To maintain effective communication between all specialities of the Theatre Team,including Scrub, Anaesthetic and Surgical Teams
