Summary

Lead Generator
Bridgnorth
Temporary – circa 12-16 weeks
£12.50 per hour
Monday-Friday – 8:30am-5pm

Prince Personnel are working in partnership with a successful Bridgnorth company. They are now looking for a dynamic Lead Generator / Telemarketer to help promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele. The role requires the highest level of customer service via phone and email ensuring the speedy reply to customer and colleagues. This role requires accuracy and attention to detail when updating paperwork, Excel, or the database.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
• Place phone calls to potential B2B clients from selected customer base
• Use scripts to provide information about company product’s features, services. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Make note of any customer questions and pass onto the relevant colleague
• Generate between 8 and 10 sales appointments per week
• Set the appointments with prospective customers based on associates’ calendar
• Follow up emails to be sent to all answered call clients confirming your discussions
• Research if required groups or trusts attached to a single company
• Maintain and update the spreadsheet and database to ensure latest information is available to view including names and contact details
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Skills and Experience:
• Previous office-based experience, ideally in a similar role such as telesales, telemarketing, outbound customer service agent
• Confident and professional telephone manner and able to make high volumes of outbound B2B telephone calls
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence to deal with people internally and externally at all levels
• Ability to use own initiative
• Ability to prioritise own work levels
• Composure whilst working under pressure
