Summary
Are you an aspirational, innovative and person centred leader who can co-ordinate a team of supported individuals who will play a part in providing internal Gardening Services for Autism East Midlands?
We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference, for the environments and support that we provide to autistic people.
The role will be based at our Head Office, working at our sites throughout the East Midlands in order to develop and maintain the gardens and outside spaces in conjunction with our service managers.
You will need to have experience of leading groups of people and a commitment to equality. We are seeking a passionate gardener who has experience gained in a personal or professional capacity. This job might just offer the best experience you have had in a long time!
