Summary
My client is a prestigious and leading law firm based in Manchester currently looking for a Legal Operations Team Leader to lead, coach and mentor a team of legal professionals and operational support staff.

This role is fully office based full time - Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with a flexible 1-hour lunch break
Required experience
You will be required to have excellent people management skills in a leadership role within a law firm
Excellent people management skills with experience of recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
A team player and role model to establish a positive team culture, build strong relationships, promote effective communication, and facilitate collaboration and success
Duties include
Set clear objectives/KPIs for team, regularly review and monitor performance, provide guidance and support to achieve both business and individual objectives;
Monitor and evaluate performance; provide feedback through regular one-to-ones;
Support the training and development plans for the team to enhance their competencies; and
Regularly review talent and capability in the team to manage the talent pipeline; and
Co-ordinate and prioritise activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately within established deadlines and as per firm policies and procedures;
Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing controls and protocols in line with operational processes
