Summary
We’re looking for Complex Care Rehabilitation Assistants with previous experience in supporting an individual with a Frontal lobe acquired brain injury to provide outstanding support in Swinton.
Our client has difficulties with memory, planning and processing skills and difficulties with emotional regulation and impulsivity alongside difficulties initiating. We are looking for an individual who has experience supporting clients with planning and prompting and following rehabilitation interventions guided by a therapy team.

Our nurse-led complex care team are looking to build a permanent team to support with a complex care package in Swinton. This is a female who requires support with executive functioning and processing difficulties.
You should have previous experience supporting clients with legal claims and possess good documentation skills to provide detailed daily reports. Part of this role will be directly supporting our client to plan her day, complete tasks via prompting support and providing practical support so that she can care for her two children. Part of the role will be observing parenting skills, reporting on observations and providing guidance via prompting to nurture a positive parenting experience.
The desired candidate will have Strong analytical skills and good IT skills alongside a good knowledge of the local area and Bolton area for attending age-appropriate activities with mother and children.
