There is an emphasis on working across districts and building those partnerships, across public and voluntary sectors, to prevent escalating problem substance use, reducing harms to those who use and promoting active recovery in all that we do.
You will be responsible for managing our Outreach, Engagement & Rough Sleepers, which operates across the whole of Lincolnshire, supporting those service users who experience multiple disadvantages. You will work closely with a Team Leader, who you will lead and support, along with a team of Recovery Workers, to ensure a high quality, safe and effective service delivery.
