Summary
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient store management, and achieving sales targets.
You will be responsible for managing staff, handling inventory, implementing store policies, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members.
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
- Implement store policies and procedures.
- Analyse sales data and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure store cleanliness is maintained at all times by staff
- Handle financial transactions and prepare daily reports.
- Collaborate with the Company Director on store performance and goals.
- Develop promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
3- 4 years of previous experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of operations and sales techniques.
- Master’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred, although not essential).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
