Sanctuary Personnel is currently recruiting for a Registered General Nurse to join a renowned healthcare provider in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. This exciting opportunity offers a flexible rota encompassing a mixture of day and night shifts. 07:00 am - 15:00 pm, 13:00 pm - 21:00 pm & 20:30 pm - 07:30 am.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support services to Nurses and Consultants during procedures, ensuring quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with various hospital departments, fostering effective communication and networking.
• Contribute to the assessment of patients' health and well-being within a diverse caseload, promoting best practices and quality improvements.
Requirements:
• NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
• Demonstrated compassion and dedication to delivering excellent patient care.
• Proficiency in leading clinics, multitasking, and strong communication.
• Competence in wound dressings and desirably phlebotomy skills (training available).
• Prior experience in Surgical Wards preferred, though newly qualified nurses are welcome with induction support.
