Summary
In order to strengthen the resilience of the organisation, we are creating 2 new 'Service Lead' roles. One of these will be responsible for the ground floor team (GPs, ANPs, pharmacists, dispensers, nurses and HCAs) and the other for the largely administrative team on the first floor (accounts, admin, secretarial and reception). The Service Leads will undertake regular appraisals, team briefings, 1:1's and return to work meetings following illness. They will directly manage Team Supervisors, supporting teams to deliver service excellence with emphasis on continuous learning. They will report to the Practice Manager and Deputy Manager.
