Summary
Through our 24-hour rehabilitation ethos, our skilled team aims to empower our patients to achieve goals that are meaningful to them, in the face of illness, injury or disability. On our unit, we use every activity and conversation as an opportunity to help our patients to take ownership for their progress towards meeting their goals and to building their confidence. We recognise and respect that rehabilitation can be a challenging experience and strive to ensure we are caring and continually responsive to the needs of our patients, their families and the needs of each other.
